Essential Settings

These settings must be properly configured to keep iKeyMonitor working.

Battery Setting

1. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > App info > All apps > Internet Service > Advanced > Battery > Battery usage > Background restriction > Remove restriction (1,2,3,4)
   Set to “Remove”
   
   
2. Settings > Battery > Battery Saver (1,2,3)
   Set to “OFF”
   
   
3. Settings > Battery > Adaptive Battery > Use Adaptive Battery (1,2,3)
   Set to “OFF”
   
   

Background App Setting

No special configuration found.

You may Ignore this step.

Other Settings

No need to change these settings by default. But they will affect iKeyMonitor functions if changed by user.

Data Usage

1. Settings > App & notifications > Advanced > Special app access > Unrestricted data > Internet Service (1,2,3)
   Set to “ON”
   
   

Notifications Setting

1. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > Three dots icon > Show system > Android System > Notifications > Apps consuming battery (1,2,3)
   Set to “OFF”
