Essential Settings

These Settings must be properly configured to keep iKeyMonitor working.

1. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > App info > All apps > Internet Service > Advanced > Battery > Battery usage > Background restriction > Remove restriction
   Set to "Remove"

   

2. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > App info > All apps > Internet Service > Advanced > Battery > Battery usage > Battery optimization > All Apps > Internet Service > Don't optimize
   Set to “ON”

   

3. Settings > Battery > Battery saver & Adaptive Battery
   Set to “OFF”

   

4. Access the Wizard on the iKeyMonitor interface > Usage Access and Accessibility > Enable Screen Caturing without Root > Configure
   Tap on the blank area below the popup to display the invisible option and "Start Now"

   

Other Settings

No need to change these Settings by default. But they will affect iKeyMonitor functions if changed by user.

1. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > App info > All apps > Internet Service > Data Usage > Background data & Unrestricted data usage
   Set to “ON”

   

2. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > App info > All apps > Internet Service > Permissions > All Permissions
   Set to “ON”
