Samsung Android 11.x Guide

Essential Settings

These Settings must be properly configured to keep iKeyMonitor working.

  1. Settings > Apps > Device care > Force stop > OK
    Tap on the button to stop it.

  2. Settings > Apps > Device care > Storage > Manage storage > Clear data > Clear
    Tap on the button to clear it.

  3. Settings > Apps > Internet Service > Battery > Allow background activity
    Set to “ON”

  4. Swipe up on Home Screen > 3 dots on top right > Settings > Hide Apps > Internet Service > Done
    Tap on the button to add it.

  5. Settings > Battery and device care > Three dots Icon on the top right corner > Automation > Auto optimise daily & Adaptive power saving
    Set to “OFF”

  6. Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Power saving mode
    Set to “OFF”

  7. Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings > Adaptive battery
    Set to “OFF”

  8. Settings > Battery and device care > Memory > Excluded apps > (+)Add apps > Internet Service > Add
    Tap on the button to add it.

  9. Settings > Battery and device care > Device protection > Do not turn it on
    Do not click

Other Settings

No need to change these Settings by default. But they will affect iKeyMonitor functions if changed by user.

  1. Settings > Apps > Sort by icon > Show system apps > OK
    Set to “ON”

    Set to “OFF”
