Essential Settings

These settings must be properly configured to keep iKeyMonitor working.

Battery Setting

1. Setting > Power > Power Save Mode
   Set to “OFF”
2. Setting > Power > Advanced Power Save Mode
   Set to “OFF”
3. Setting > Power > Battery optimization > All apps > Internet Service
   Set to “Not Optimized”

Background App Setting

1. HTC Security Assistant > Rights Management > Self-starting Management > Internet Service
   Set to “ON“
2. HTC Security Assistant > Auto Acceleration > Manage Skipping Applications > Internet Service
   Set to “ON“

Other Settings

No need to change these settings by default. But they will affect iKeyMonitor functions if changed by user.

Data Setting

HTC Security Assistant > All > Rights Management > Network control > Manage WLAN and mobile data use of apps > Internet Service
Set to “ON“

App Setting

1. HTC Security Assistant > All > Rights Management > Application Permissions > Internet Service
   Set to “ON“
2. HTC Security Assistant > Settings > Intelligent Acceleration
   Set to “OFF“
