Essential Settings

These settings must be properly configured to keep iKeyMonitor working.

Battery Setting

1. Settings > Battery > Optimization > Power mode (1,2)
   Set to “Balance”

   
   

2. Settings > Battery > Optimization > More modes > Power > Gear icon > Settings > Low battery alert, scheduled, Scheduled notices (1,2,3,4,5)
   Set to “OFF”

   
   

3. Settings > Battery > Optimization > More modes > Power > Low Power mode, Super mode, Custom mode (1,2,3)
   Set to “OFF”

   
   

Background App Setting

1. Settings > Battery > Optimization > More modes > Power > Standby management > App management > XX app(s) kept during standby > Internet Service (1,2,3)
   Set to “ON”

   
   

2. Security > Anti-virus > Gear icon > Settings > Trusted apps > Add Trusted Apps > Internet Service (1,2,3)
   Set to “ON”

   
   

Other Settings

No need to change these settings by default. But they will affect iKeyMonitor functions if changed by user.

App Setting

Set app permission after successful installation.

• Installed > Internet Service > Permissions
  Allow all permissions

  Allow all permissions
